All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of your order.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including problems related to materials or assembly. It assures you that each part meets our quality requirements.
The following are excluded from the warranty : – damage resulting from misuse, impact, a fall or lack of maintenance; – normal wear and tear (scratches, loss of shine, oxidation); – the total or partial loss of the jewelry.
If your request is approved by our quality department, we will offer you: – an exchange for the same piece of jewelry (subject to availability), – or a credit note for the amount of your purchase, valid without time limit and usable only once on our site.
To activate the warranty, contact us at contact@zeynestudio.com and include: – proof of purchase, – photos and/or a video of the jewelry in question, highlighting the defect.
