DELIVERY

At Zeyne Studio, we prepare your orders within 24 hours of their validation at the latest. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that the delivery time may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods or exceptional events.

TO FRANCE AND OVERSEAS

Standard delivery with tracking (2-5 working days)

Order less than €65 = €3.99
Order over €65 = FREE

TOWARDS INTERNATIONAL

Standard delivery with tracking (4 to 10 working days)

Order less than €150 = €5.50
Order over €150 = FREE

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The delivery time of your package is managed solely by the carrier. We cannot confirm the exact delivery date.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. In case of difficulty, we invite you to contact our customer service: contact@zeynestudio.com

Some shipping areas may be subject to customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these charges will be the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the indicated customs office.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. Please note that we do not do exchanges, only refunds for returned items.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Whatever the reason, the return of one or more products must be requested in advance via the customer account. Once your return request has been validated, our customer service will provide you with the exact address for sending the package.

All returned products must not have been worn, tried on, or have suffered even minimal damage. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.

It is your responsibility to provide the original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth, etc.) and ensure that all items arrive at our warehouses in perfect condition. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the refund.

REFUND

Upon receipt of the package at our premises, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days depending on the payment method used for your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track your shipment and providing your tracking number in your return request.
