Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
At ZEYNE STUDIO, we prepare your orders within 48 working hours after validation.
Orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions or special events).
Metropolitan France (including Corsica):
- Standard home delivery (2 to 4 working days): free with no minimum purchase.
- Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay): €4.90.
- Delivery against signature (2 to 3 working days): €8.50
Overseas (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon):
- Standard home delivery (5 to 12 working days): €9.90.
- Free standard delivery from €150
- Delivery against signature (2 to 3 working days): €12.50
Rest of the World:
- Standard home delivery (5 to 12 working days): €14.90.
- Free standard delivery from €150
- Delivery against signature (5 to 12 days): €20.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or taxes may apply.
These costs remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs services.
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not 100% guaranteed.
Deliveries can be made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.) or in cases of force majeure (bad weather, logistical disruptions, etc.), delays may occur. We are doing our best to minimize the impact.
- If you have not received your package within 30 days and the tracking indicates that it has not yet been delivered, we will issue a full refund. In this case, please contact our customer service at contact@zeynestudio.com.
- If you have chosen delivery without signature, ZEYNE STUDIO cannot be held responsible packages declared as delivered by the carrier. No refund or credit will be given in this case.
- For deliveries to points relay, the package must be opened and checked before signing.
No complaints will be accepted once receipt has been validated by your signature.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your package. Please note that we do not offer exchanges; we only offer refunds for returned items.
Regardless of the reason, returning one or more products must be requested in advance via your customer account. Once your return request is validated, you will receive a notification in your customer account.
All returned products must not have been worn, tried on, or have suffered even minimal damage. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to provide the original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth, etc.) and ensure that all items arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition. Otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund.
Upon receipt of the package at our premises, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days depending on the payment method used for your order.
