Shipping times

At Zeyne Studio, we prepare your orders within 48 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high activity (public holidays or exceptional events).


Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Standard home delivery — 2 to 4 business days
€5.90 — Free with purchases of €150 or more

Delivery to a collection point (Mondial Relay)
€4.90 — Free with purchases of €150 or more

Express home delivery — 48 to 72 hours, with signature
€8.90 — Priority shipping for all orders placed before 2pm


Belgium

Home delivery — 48 to 72 hours, with signature
€14.90



Rest of the World *:

Home delivery — between 5 and 14 days, with signature
€30.00



*For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may apply.

These fees remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs services.




Returns & Refunds

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of one or more products. After this period, no refund will be granted.

Regardless of the reason, the return of one or more products must be requested beforehand via your customer account. Once your return request is validated, you will receive a notification in your customer account.

  • You have 5 days to ship the package from the date your return request is validated by our customer service.
  • The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been tried on are not eligible for a refund.
  • For your security, we only accept returns with a tracking number. This ensures your package arrives safely at our premises and facilitates the refund process.

We do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.



Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 7 days, via the original payment method.
  • Initial delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a preparation error or a defect attributable to the brand.

Cases in which a refund cannot be issued:

  • The returned product has been worn, used, damaged, or is incomplete.
  • The return package was shipped more than 5 days after the return request was validated by our customer service.
  • The return does not contain any information that would allow us to identify the order (name, surname, order number).
