Comment choisir la bonne taille de bague ?

Nos bagues sont proposées en tailles françaises, allant du 44 au 60. Pour connaître votre taille de bague, il existe deux méthodes.

Mesurez le diamètre intérieur d’une bague qui vous va parfaitement, puis reportez la mesure (en millimètres) dans le tableau ci-dessous.

Guide des tailles de bague

Si vous ne disposez pas de bague, enroulez un ruban ou un fil souple autour de votre doigt, sans trop serrer, puis marquez le point de jonction. Mesurez ensuite la longueur obtenue à plat : cette mesure correspond à la circonférence de votre doigt en millimètres.

Exemple : une circonférence de 54 mm correspond à une taille 54.

Si vous hésitez entre deux tailles, nous vous recommandons de choisir la taille supérieure pour un confort optimal.

Our gold jewelry is made of vermeil: recycled 925 silver covered with a thick layer of 24-carat gold - 5 microns, recycled and of French origin.
The silver jewelry is made of rhodium-plated recycled 925 silver. The black jewelry has a 0.8 micron ruthenium finish.

Three precious, hypoallergenic, and durable metals.
Interview

To preserve the shine of your jewelry:
– Avoid contact with water, perfumes and cosmetic products.
– Store it in its organic cotton pouch or case after each use.
– Clean it regularly with the chamois cloth provided with your order.

Our jewelry is designed for careful everyday use.
With a little care, they will last you a long time.
Manufacturing

Handcrafted by exceptional artisans and gilded in one of Paris's most renowned workshops, our jewelry is produced in small batches. Each piece bears the mark of handcrafting and may exhibit slight variations, making each piece truly unique.

Shipping times

At Zeyne Studio, we prepare your orders within 48 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high activity (public holidays or exceptional events).


Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

These fees remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs services.

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of one or more products. After this period, no refund will be granted.

Regardless of the reason, the return of one or more products must be requested beforehand via your customer account. Once your return request is validated, you will receive a notification in your customer account.

  • You have 5 days to ship the package from the date your return request is validated by our customer service.
  • The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been tried on are not eligible for a refund.
  • For your security, we only accept returns with a tracking number. This ensures your package arrives safely at our premises and facilitates the refund process.

We do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 7 days, via the original payment method.
  • Initial delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a preparation error or a defect attributable to the brand.

Cases in which a refund cannot be issued:

  • The returned product has been worn, used, damaged, or is incomplete.
  • The return package was shipped more than 5 days after the return request was validated by our customer service.
  • The return does not contain any information that would allow us to identify the order (name, surname, order number).
