We only work with precious metals: all our jewelry is made of solid silver and then covered with a layer of rhodium and an e-coating to preserve its shine. The choice of noble and durable metals is part of the responsible approach to which we are attached.

ARE YOUR JEWELRY ETHICAL?
We strive to use recycled materials wherever we can, from jewelry to packaging. We exclusively use recycled 925 silver and therefore without mining extractions. Also, we produce responsibly by limiting our stocks; our jewelry is offered in limited editions.

Our jewelry is durable and resistant. Made of recycled 925 silver, our jewelry can be worn underwater. They do not blacken and do not leave a deposit on the skin! We only recommend passing them under clear water after swimming to keep their shine!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
Completely hypoallergenic, zeyne studio jewelry is certified without chrome, nickel or lead. The use of choice materials such as recycled solid silver allows us to offer you delicate and affordable jewelry that is safe for sensitive skin.

ARE YOUR JEWELRY GUARANTEED?
We offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects. To activate it, contact us by email: contact@zeynestudio.com. We reserve the right to refuse your request in the event of deterioration of the jewelry due to the use that has been made of it.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is handed over to the carrier, a message is sent directly to your email address indicating the parcel tracking number. You can also find the tracking by logging into your customer account.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
