All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery of your order.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including issues with materials or workmanship. It ensures that the jewelry meets our quality standards.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the jewelry (scratches, shocks, loss of shine, etc.). It also does not cover loss of jewelry.

If our quality department validates your warranty request, a credit for the amount of your purchase will be sent to you by email. This credit is valid for an unlimited period and can be used only once on the website
