This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to materials or assembly. It ensures that every part meets our quality requirements.

Excluded from the warranty :
– damage resulting from misuse, impact, fall or lack of maintenance;
– normal wear and tear (scratches, loss of shine, oxidation);
– total or partial loss of the jewel.

If your request is validated by our quality department, we will offer you:
– an exchange with the same jewel (subject to availability),
– or a credit for the amount of your purchase, valid without time limit and usable only once on our site.
