This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including issues related to materials or workmanship. It ensures that the jewelry meets our quality standards.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear of jewelry (scratches, bumps, loss of shine, etc.). It also does not cover loss of jewelry.
If our quality department validates your warranty request, we will be happy to exchange it for a new, identical piece of jewelry, or a credit note for the amount of your purchase if this product is out of stock. This unlimited credit note will then be sent to you by email and can be used only once, on the website.
